Production of Non-GMP Material for Preclinical Evaluation
You have already a research clone for your protein of interest, but only shaker flasks or T-flasks to grow it? Polymun can cultivate microbial cell culture in 2 L and 40 L fermenters, mammalian cells in bioreactors up to 150 L. A preliminary purification is also available in order to generate sufficient material for your preclinical evaluation.

Establishment of GMP-compliant Cell Banks
We can establish master and working cell banks of your production clones of both mammalian and microbial cell culture in a GMP-compliant fashion in our two separate cell culture units, including all necessary documentation. Cell bank qualification is performed in collaboration with certified QC-laboratories.

Set-up of New In Vitro Functional Assays
We can create new in vitro functional assays according your specific needs due to the combination of know-how in cell culture, immunology, virology, molecular biology and our broad spectrum of analytical tools.
